The University of California Institute of Transportation Studies (UC ITS) serves as the research arm for the State of California on transportation topics and oversees a statewide research program supported by funding from the Public Transportation Account and the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 (SB 1). All publications from the UC ITS’s statewide research program are listed on the UC ITS’s open access eScholarship site.
